This independent villa located on the slope of the Turin hill and designed in 1968 by the architects Pio Luigi Brusasco e Giovanni Torretta, sums up all the post-war research in combining avant-garde construction techniques (the lightness of the roof) with the tectonics of spaces for living, where the link with the landscape is always on the foreground. Distribution intended as a spatial program still represents the method used to imagine the main strategy for its redevelopment, acting on the surfaces rather than on the volume, inserting paths that define new uses, guiding daily practice in a continuous exchange between inside and outside.
